Qiangqiang Xie received the bachelor and master degrees from University of Electronic Science and Technology of China. He received the Ph.D. degree from Hokkaido University, Sapporo, Japan, in 2017. He is currently an assistant professor of Hangzhou Dianzi University (HDU), and he is also the executive vice director of the Sino-foreign education center of school electronics and information, HDU. His research interests include application of internet of things in power system.
