•June 26-27, 2008, First visit to HDU by University of Yamanashi.Cooperation started with the SE software engineering program. 7 students were admitted.
•Dec. 16-17, 2008, First visit to University of Yamanashi by HDU. MOU Signed.
•Sept. 2009, 7 HDU students went to University of Yamanashi to register the SE program.
•From 2014-2018, 77 HDU students and 4 HDU staff visited the University of Yamanashi for a one-month cultural program
•From 2015-2018, University of Yamanashi students came to HDU and Hangzhou for a 2- week language & internship program.
•Sept. 11, 2014,11 University of Yamanashi students visited HDU.
•Sept. 22, 2015, President of University of Yamanashi visited HDU.
•January 2017, Joint Master Program of Computer Science between HDU and University of Yamanashi was approved by Ministry of Education, PRC.
•September 2018,Opening Ceremony of the Joint Master Program of Computer Science was held in HDU
